예루살렘의 신시가지와 구시가지의 중간쯤에, 예민모쉐 바로위에 위치해있다.
이 호텔은 이스라엘을 찾는 국빈들이 머무는 숙소로 유명하다.
(이스라엘을 찾는 거의 모든 국빈들은 이 호텔에서 머문다)
하루 숙박료가, 스위트룸의 경우 약 300 만원정도로, 한국의 유명호텔들에 비하면 값이 저렴하다.
King David St.에 위치해있으며, 바로 옆이 예민모쉐지역이다.
